Recruitment Industry in India

India is creating lot of wealth trough out sourced work from abroad.
Due to this trend India creates lot of Jobs, because of this huge job market , recruitment industry are flourishing, we have to identify between good and bad recruitment agencies who are functioning in the recruitment industry.

There are two type of recruitment agents
1) recruiters who charge you with a fee for registering and they will find and arrange job interviews for you.

2) Recruiters who charge job seekers only after providing him with a job.

I personaly prefer the second one because i believe that their drive for earning profit will fetch us a job , compared with the first one .
